Our operating hours are from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We also offer weekend and late evening availability upon request.

Yes, Waggin' Adventures is trained in pet first aid and have the necessary skills to handle any emergencies that may arise. A pet first aid kit is carried in the van and stocked/checked regularly.
Is a meet & greet necessary?
A meet & greet is necessary because it allows both you and your pet(s) to get comfortable with the service provider before any services begin. It gives your pet a chance to interact with the service provider, helping to establish trust and ensuring that your pet feels safe and secure. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for you to discuss your pet's specific needs and routines, ensuring that the service provider is well-prepared to provide the best care.
What to expect in a meet & greet?
Waggin' Adventures provides a free meet & greet in the clients home. This allows us to establish trust. This gives you the chance to ask questions and decide if Waggin' Adventures is the correct provider for you. Waggin' Adventures will spend time with you and your pet and speak about the necessary pet forms that need to be filled out before any commencement of services. Waggin' Adventures offers to show evidence of insurance and qualifications. References can also be asked for at this stage. Meet & greets usually last for 30 minutes.
